By requesting access to, signing in to, or using BroLabz services (including email, member portal, webmail, websites, and any game servers we operate), you agree to these terms.
Access may be granted, limited, suspended, or revoked at any time at BroLabz’s sole discretion, with or without notice, including for abuse, security risk, or inactivity.
2. Acceptable use
You agree to use BroLabz services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not harm BroLabz, other users, or third parties. Without limitation, you must not:
- Send spam, phishing, malware, or other abusive email
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data
- Harass, threaten, or defraud others
- Host, distribute, or transmit illegal content
- Interfere with service availability or security
- Use services to violate export, sanctions, copyright, or other applicable laws
- Share account credentials or allow others to use your account without permission
Game servers, when offered, may have additional server rules. Violations may result in removal from services and/or reporting to appropriate authorities where required by law.
3. Privacy notice
We process account and operational data as needed to provide and secure the service (for example: account identifiers, authentication data, mail metadata/content you store with us, logs, and support correspondence).
This website is designed without third-party advertising trackers. Email and related services necessarily involve standard internet transmission to recipients and providers you contact.

4. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” BroLabz makes no warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BroLabz and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the services—even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
BroLabz does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, deliverability of email to third-party providers, or preservation of data. You are responsible for maintaining your own copies of important information.
You are solely responsible for your conduct and content. You agree to use the services in compliance with all applicable laws and to indemnify and hold harmless BroLabz and its operators from claims arising from your misuse of the services, to the extent permitted by law.
5. Email-specific terms
Email delivery depends on the wider internet and third-party providers. BroLabz is not responsible for messages blocked, delayed, or filtered by others. You must not use BroLabz email for bulk unsolicited commercial email or other abuse. We may rate-limit, quarantine, or disable accounts that threaten service reputation or security.
6. Game servers
Game servers are provided for recreational use when available. Servers may be wiped, restarted, modified, or taken offline at any time. BroLabz is not responsible for lost progress, items, or time. Follow posted server rules and the terms of the underlying game publishers.
